Support Http Service in Insight

Support HTTP service in Insight with a unified OpenAPI definition with Interactive, including:

• OpenAPI Updates: (1) Adding additional schema modification functions; (2) Refine some existing functions, e.g., support querying with multi-pks.
• Place the OpenAPI definition in a unified path, for Insight and Interactive
• HTTP Support in Insight/Interactive: Implement OpenAPI in Insight/Groot to support both DML (Data Manipulation Language) and DDL functions.
• Support deployment of HTTP service in k8s in Insight
• SDK Updates, including the Python SDK and Java SDK
• Pass the CI tests in Insight
• Update related documents
