I have put login_id, password, 16 digit Totp as mentioned in the docs. But I am getting Internal server error

Unable to run my algos because of this error. Someone for whom this is working could you please help me

I am also getting the same error. unable to get any help from support team. Some body who have resolved this can help me too by posting the changes to be made to generate access token.

Hopeless. It seems nobody from SASOnline team pays any attention to this page of their Aplha API and they don't provide any technical support over call for these issues. Still waiting for some reliable solution. will update once i sort it out.

Till that is resolved, you can pass otp from google auth app every time when you login and pass it in twofa. I am able to login with this change

@TrackMyToken. I am successfully generating TOTP with like as you did. But not able to generate access code. Can you share that screenshot where you are exactly incorporating otps every time?

Finally resolved. All the traders using Alpha API can be part of one group to help each other mutually with such technical issues arising in future while we fail to get any support from SASOnline technical team. Those who are interested to be part of such group can join the group with the below link.

You have to copy 16 digits code ,shown below QR Code and paste in totp in config file
