Library clients should not need to use fixedTimeEqual outside hawkj - add a body hash validation method to HawkContext:

    String body = response.readEntity(String.class);
    assertEquals("Test",body);

    String contentType = response.getMediaType().toString();
    assertEquals("text/plain",contentType);

    String hash = HawkContextBuilder.generateHash(hc.getAlgorithm(), body.getBytes(Charsets.UTF_8), contentType);

    assertTrue(Util.fixedTimeEqual(hash, resAh.getHash()));
