Dear all,
Since 1 year, I have been concentrating on translating our toolkit in version 3 and in Python. I have released an early version of EZ-InSAR under a new branch called Version_3.
Warning
The branch Version_3 is not the default
Caution
The current scripts are in Alpha version, which means that they are not complete and are likely to be modified.
EZ-InSAR is now more versatile and complete and - paradoxically - less complex (as far as the scripts are concerned). In fact, EZ-InSAR-2 (in MATLAB) has been developed from the GUI. As it is not a pure translation but a new toolbox, I was able to review all the workflows and scripts. In addition, this is the version we are currently using. So I should be more responsive to bug fixes.
Caution
The GUI is currently under development and has not yet been completed (i.e., StaMPS is not available).
The documentation is under development and has not yet been completed.
Regarding the current problems, most of them are due to the processors themselves. I hope to have solved the EZ-InSAR problems by "translating" the codes.
You therefore are free to migrate to Python.
For installing EZ-InSAR-3
If the SAR/InSAR processors (i.e., ISCE-2) are already installed:
EZ-InSAR can be installed.
A config file is also required (here the command for Linux users):
Please write the following lines into the config file:
If a SAR/InSAR processor is not installed, you can use a dummy path: i.e., /usr/local/bin.
Quick test of EZ-InSAR-3
I recommend that you test your installation using the following command. Here, the Sentinel-1 IW ascending interferogram of the last eruption in Iceland (November 2024) will be computed.

The image below gives an example of the result.
