should https://docs.alerta.io/en/latest/gettingstarted/tutorial-1-deploy-alerta.html not include the configuration specified in
https://github.com/alerta/alerta-webui#html5-history-mode
to avoid running into issues as alerta/alerta-webui#200
like so
