Research has shown that coffee before a workout improves circulation, lessens pain, improves memory for exercises and routines, and preserves and fuels muscles.

Thus, you decide to go for a running. You choose to run in the Green Park. In fact, a great place to breath a bit of fresh air.¶

After a few minutes you collapse to the ground, exhausted. How could you forget? You hate running!
