We are requesting help for packaging opensurge for Debian. Progress was stalled some time ago with nobody looking at it. As a consequence, Debian users experience unnecessary difficulties installing the game (see #127). If you can help Debian users by creating a package, please do so!

Based on my previous exchange with a Debian developer, I sensed an indifference to it, a "I don't give a damn" attitude. Very disappointing. If a volunteer does not step in, we will not be on Debian.
