Upload to PyPi

[alchemyst]

The code needs to be reworked to be able to upload as a package. This will involve considerable reworking of the directory structures. The process to get a package up is described here. Note that anyone doing this should not upload on my behalf, but rather work on the structure so that it is possible for me (@alchemyst) to upload.
