Folder structure etc. for templating out the team strategy docs, including:

• Facilitator notes
• HackMD meeting templates
• Miro templates + guide to usage
• Template outputs
• Case study of DSH resources

What needs to be done?

• Decide on structure for templates
• Create each of the above templates
• Review with RAM/wider TPS team to ensure they remain reproducible and useful

Hi, I'd be interested in helping with this, at least I think so. Clarification question: the idea is that we have a collection of documents that list (or formalize if you will) some regular RAM activities?

I think so! And also make them reproducible and reusable by others. E.g. these are for running strategy sessions with you project teams, including guidance docs and framework Miros/hackMDs etc to use. But I still need to finish it off...
