Improve how site looks on mobile devices

There still seem to be quite a few issues with formatting of pages on mobile devices. On my Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 5.0.1 I can't see it at all in the phone's default internet browser which is just called "internet". The page akvo.org doesn't load. I can view it on Chrome on my phone, but there are a number of formatting issues.
