什么时候支援Python 3.11及更新的版本？

py38跟313隔了5个版本，transformers accelerate torchvision一直卡在老版本导致性能瓶颈，什么时候会支援新版的Python？

3.9 is only in security maintenance only, at 3.9.21
3.10 is only in security maintenance only, at 3.10.16
3.11 is only in security maintenance only, at 3.11.11
3.12 is in bug fixes maintenance only, at 3.12.9 <<== approximately 98% of the AI software is here now
3.13 is in bug fixes maintenance only, at 3.13.2

An early preview for 3.14 (alpha version) is available now. The planned date for 3.14 release is October 1, 2025

RK3588 is an excellent chip for AI, but it needs cp312 support for rknn-llm and rknn-toolkit2.
