转换Gemma3模型出错：ERROR: Not support Gemma3ForCausalLM #220

Google 在 2025/3/12 已正式发布了 gemma3系列，但目前v1.1.4的转换工具还不支持，会提示ERROR: Not support Gemma3ForCausalLM!，需要toolkit工具支持下，报错日志：

(rkllm) (base) rkllm@ubuntu:~/codes/rknn-llm/rkllm-toolkit/examples$ python test.py 
INFO: rkllm-toolkit version: 1.1.4
ERROR: Not support Gemma3ForCausalLM!
Load model failed!
