Can't make post requests

This might be just me but been trying to solve for very long time so i wanted to ask, I have been trying to post a note, but whenever i try to send the data to server i can't, I tried everything that comes to my mind. I send a string and i have conditional that checks both is it string and is it longer. I've ran out of solutions :/
