This updates
babel-loader,coveralls, andkarma-webpackmanually which were having some trouble due to the coveralls check. This should fix #354, #355, and #267.I will also separately be attempting to upgrade webpack. :|Webpack cannot be upgraded until storybook updates its own dependencies.@airbnb/webinfra please take a look!
