Desired Behavior / Functionality

Make GIAResults able to store intermediate results, and make them available in the report handler

What Needs to Be Done

Implement and add functionality to GIAResults.save() that can store intermediate results

How Can It Be Tested

Multiple and iteratively recreated images can be seen saved in a results folder
