Question on the acc file

Hi, I found there is a file named acc @ a1ee1c8. Are they only for the compilation of the ACS? And if I need to define the mission of navigation but not use doom games directly, do I need to change the scripts inside it? (for example, change the initialize positions, reward functions and etc.)
