As a WordPress theme, Dones does not restrict your site's privacy. If you don't want your organization's recorded dones to be publicly available, you have a number of options to restrict your site's visibility.

Internal network:

If your company has its own internal network, you can host a WordPress instance that is accessible only to devices on the network, and not those from the internet. The following article describes how you can set up WordPress intranet site, using a Windows or Mac PC as a server:

Privacy Plugins

Since Dones is built as a WordPress theme, you can install one of the many access-restricting plugins to require visitors to log in before viewing your site.
