As a WordPress theme, Dones does not restrict your site's privacy. If you don't want your organization's recorded dones to be publicly available, you have a number of options to restrict your site's visibility.

Web Server Authentication
Most web servers support some form of authentication, usually basic authentication at a minimum. The following articles describe how you can configure Apache or nginx to restrict access to authorized users:

Privacy Plugins
Since Dones is built as a WordPress theme, you can install one of the many access-restricting plugins to require visitors to log in before viewing your site.
