chore: update Storybook to v10

Description

Updated Storybook to V10! Small update (for us), they are ESM only now.
Also updated wireit dependency chain to fix an intermittent "file deleted unexpectedly" errors during yarn start.

• Storybook in 2nd gen works!

  1. yarn start
  2. 1st and 2nd-gen Storybooks start as expected
