I've determined that some newer routers out of the box (ASR1001) won't back up their configs to cisco-config-manager. Deeper investigation seems to point to TFTP blocksize support.

This is implemented in RFC2347 and RFC2348. I will try to implement this in a patch.

Not had problems with configs. But found downloading large firmware fails due to block size.
