Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The monthly timed reviews would go a lot quicker if team members would be able to submit a short description as to why their timed entry needs to be reviewed. That way we would not have to personally ask one by one for each entry that has been set to "needs review" but instead would have some context right away.

Describe the solution you'd like

An additional comment box that appears specifically for the timed entries where one clicks "needs reviews". (Such as the one that we have for describing the task we did for the client)
