Mission

The current mission is defined as follows:

The mission of the Organization is to make it simple:

• for machine learning experts to work with geospatial data, and
• for remote sensing experts to explore machine learning solutions.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• the Python library,
• the Hugging Face community, and
• the Slack workspace.

We should refine and finalize this. We also plan to add GIS plugins in the future that will fall under this organization.

Could also mention our Conda-Forge and Spack recipes as well.

I don't think "This includes but is not limited to: ..." section belongs in the mission, but more as an example of the mission. Love the current two liner mission!

The only reason I added that is because we may also add GIS plugins in the future. At the moment, the difference between the TorchGeo library and the TorchGeo organization isn't clear.
