Someone else is welcome to do this; as usual with code I maintain, I won't be packaging it for systems I don't use.

(Note that at present it's possible to get window-margin in el-get. I do agree that it would be better to have it in MELPA.)

hey @rrthomas, I end up using visual-fill-column-mode. Currently I'm not maintaining any package in MELPA and once I'm currently not using window-marging.el better someone else do this task.
