feat: minimal changes to get it working on vs2022 and dotnet 4.8 #189

  • Update nuint/xunit assemblies/dependencies to 4.8
  • Confirm CI - that it builds and the binaries work on win 11
  • consider versioning. Probably need to bump major as these dependencies are a breaking change

@mega5800 Would be great if you can confirm this branch builds okay on your dev machine. Not urgent or critical, just would love for someone else to confirm it doesn't cause anyone a headache. :)

I can confirm that I am able to build the different projects under the LessMsi solution, both in debug and release modes, using VS22 and .net 4.8.
