Overview graph formatting off when content is all zeros #130

AH 23 with ah-resque 2.0.4

When I go to the overview screen and there are not tasks pending the graph view looks off. I'm expecting to see a bunch of lines all running at 0 but instead there is a black bar.

Happens using on Brave browser, Chrome browser, and Firefox on my Ubuntu 18.04 laptop

While I love this blob visualization, perhaps we should move back to a line chart... which has a y-axis and can handle "0".

If I had to guess, I would say whatever is trying to autoscale to find the mid-point has a bug when it's all zeros.
