Enabling Dependabot for Package Updates on Websites

@jeangovil has suggested to enable Dependabot from GitHub in order to keep the websites using this package updated upon new package releases.

I am not sure what are the implications of this for the infra team, so hence CCing @serhanwbahar here too.

The bot periodically checks the npm registries for dependency updates and creates PRs for them. However, merging PRs and rebasing the master branch for deployment to production must be done manually. This process won’t affect CI pipelines in any way.
