Issues found during a design review

Inconsistent spacing between page title <> content and sections in the text across documentation pages.
On some pages, the spacing between text sections is bigger than the spacing between page titles and content, which shouldn't happen.

Ideally, we should have 40px spacing between page titles and content, 40px spacing between sections in the text, and 24px between elements inside one section.

Too much space between Title <> paragraph and paragraph <> links on the Community page.
