Describe the bug
Contrary to what is stated in the test plan, neither the 'Events' or 'Annotations' download buttons are enabled even though the the run has them.

I think it is due to this transitionary period where 'Annotations' are being phased out of the BIDS specifications and the correct term for them is Events. There are instances where simply the word is changed but the functionality is identical.

Annotations are however included with the 'All Files' download.
This is currently straightened out in EEGNet and will become part of LORIS in the near-future.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Electrophysiology Browser'
  2. Select a session with events (ex: OTT167 on test VM)
  3. Notice that in the 'Download Panel' below the series plot, both Annotations and Events are disabled.

We need to remove the annotations now that we are moving toward HED tags.
