i was wondering if it's about the graphics card, im using a rtx4060

black droplets i think were a problem if people used 16 bit graphics modes. but it's been so long, i hardly remember.

i found out it's actully caused by the windowed mode mod, somehow it's not compatible with skygfx, after removing it, the bug is gone.
