Restarted 2008-2010 TV3.

As I was working on 8th folder "8. LTV2 - LRT Kultūra - LRT Plius",
I realized only "5. 5 kanalas" folder has a gap between the number and the channel name. ex: "6.TV6" there is no gap.
So I guess I'll just leave it as is, but it did make me wonder should there be or should there not be one.

EDIT: Solved. Gave every folder a gap

TV3 2007 has cut off information due to a porting problem. Need to fix that some day.
