Use trie-based routing with Routington

Refactor to use Routington for trie-based route matching.

meh, micro-opt IMO, and personally I find precedence in order of definition extremely useful

there's still precedence, just only when you use regular expressions. it is a micro optimization, but i found it more helpful during development because you can literally look at a tree with all your defined routes.

i would just close this. routington has much fewer features that i haven't fixed yet and some bugs. people expect regexp based stuff anyways. maybe if i fixed everything, but i only build what i need.
