Tab needs a license to be clear about licensing.

As with many Zeus projects, I propose to add the MIT license. As we'd like all contributors to have a say, please tick your name if you agree to add MIT as a license within a month, or object otherwise in the comments. When that deadline has passed, we assume contributors who have not responded to have no opinion.
