Well, it mostly works, but the styling is a bit off. When you create a new ticket, it fails to load the categories, and you can't drag and drop files into the ticket system. These issues seem to be primarily related to Ajax errors, and updating jQuery properly across all libraries should resolve them. - So Creating a new Ticket don't load Categories, after pressing Create u get an error the Categories show up, but u can't drag and Drop or Upload Files, lots of other Errors like bootstrap .. Ajax.. jQuery, as mentioned proparly just needs updating, and some small changes
