The GraphQL DateTime scalar is, generally, a DateTimeOffset, not a DateTime. Currently, using Snowflaqe to send exact moments in time to the server requires knowing the server's time zone (assuming that the server will interpret any offset-less values as being a local time in the server's time zone).
