Describe the bug

I have some feeds displaying the error : "; 28 Failed to connect to framablog.org port 443: Connection timed out"
Example of feed having this issue : https://framablog.org/feed/

Context

• Hardware: VPS bought online / Old laptop or computer / Raspberry Pi at home / Internet Cube with VPN / Other ARM board / ...
• YunoHost version: 11
• I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin | direct access via keyboard / screen | ...
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: o

Steps to reproduce

Go to TTRSS page and see that several feed appear red and they don't update anymore for quiet some time and when I check the error, it says "; 28 Failed to connect to framablog.org port 443: Connection timed out" even though I can connect to these feeds by https in my webbrowser and it also works on https://srv.tt-rss.org/tt-rss .

Expected behavior

Feeds should update regularly.
