Issue badge problem

Even the completely setup the acclaim plugin according to documentation.
even I set the acclaim in Moodle course in that I want to issue the badge to students. Setup the acclaim block with acclaim badge that I want to be issued. The issue is that even after complete the course acclaim badge isn't issued if issued then let me know where I found the issued badge of acclaim after course completion.

Sorry for the delay. To debug this problem, I could use some more information:

1. Does anything show up in your php error log when this happens?
2. What's the name of the Acclaim badge you're issuing (or even better, the badge template ID)?
3. Do you have a rough date and time when you encountered the issue (when a badge should have been issued but wasn't?)

Also, while badges are supposed to be issued every 5 minutes, Moodle's scheduler might not be working correctly. You can force it to run by going to:
https://[your server]/moodle37/admin/cron.php
That will also provide additional debugging information. You may have to replace the 37 with your Moodle version number.

Hi is there a solution for this problem. I am experiencing the same issue where the block was added to the course but there is no way to issue the badge
