Distinction between teams and one person using external contributors #8

The issue came up in #6.

The game in question was programmed and designed by one person, which would make it a perfect fit for this list according to the contributing.md. The webpage doesn't make it clear though, wether the other people listed are part of a "team" or external contributors.

I think a lot of one-person games make use of art, music or some other resources provided by external contributors so it is a bit hard to draw a clear line.

One factor that could play into adding a game to the list is wether the game is associated with "one person" rather than a team. Take Minecraft for example: It is commonly known, that it has been created by Notch.

This would mean 140 could be merged too, as a lot of reviews only speak about Jeppe Carlsen and not Carlsen Games.
