Ubuntu setup scripts

First of all, install Ubuntu20.04 on the Windows Subsystem for Linux2 (WSL2)

When you upgrade Windows Insider Preview Build and get the following error. you can download and install the Linux kernel update package from Microsoft.

Execute the setup scripts

1. execute setup/setup.sh Each Libraries and Programming Languages would be installed.

2. Follow the setup guidances in the after_setting_up directory docs
