Hello, When I have multiple observations of some genotypes (for example over several locations which I model as fixed effect terms), how do I format my genetic data? Do I need multiple rows of genetic data, one row per observation of a genotype, or not?

Thank you for using hibayes package.
Sorry that hibayes can not handle repeative records traits. I recommend using mixed-effect model (which is available in lme4 package) to get the BLUP values for individuals, then use these unique values to fit Bayesian models.
