Delly have updated to version 0.8.7. I used delly-0.8.7 to call SV, but some SVs were not included in "readDelly", maybe there are some bugs with version compatibility.
Attached is my Delly result(unzip it to get the vcf file):

I get the answer in readDelly:
DellyCont <- DellyCont[DellyCont$rp_support>=readsSupport& DellyCont$size>=regSizeLowerCutoff& DellyCont$size<=regSizeUpperCutoff, ]
