No ability to call app config dialog from within running app

Need to add "edit configuration" or "settings"/"configure" RMB menu item that would call liquid -e app-name, hence respect QSharedMemory one-instance thing and eventually just raise the already open app-name config dialog from within the running app. Low priority, but a neat feature.
