QEMU "Failed to connect to"

Hello all,
I'm trying to run a demo step by step based on https://github.com/Xilinx/systemctlm-cosim-demo/blob/master/docs/zynq-7000-getting-started-guide.md
The last step: Running the Demo
open first shells ( wsl : ubuntu 18.04 )
and run with command :

In the folder : cosim/buildroot/handles . It empty.
How to fix the issue? Thank you
