Guzzle build_query deprecated

Running the example, I received numerous errors of

Call to undefined function GuzzleHttp\Psr7\build_query()

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69777848/call-to-undefined-function-guzzlehttp-psr7-build-query told me the function was deprecated, and to use Query::Build.

Find/Replace of \GuzzleHttp\Psr7\build_query with \GuzzleHttp\Psr7\Query::Build across C:\xampp\htdocs\xero-php-oauth2-starter\vendor\xeroapi\xero-php-oauth2\lib\Api seems to have fixed the problem for now.

Over a year and 2 months and this issue is still not dealt with.
