1. Скачайте и установите Visual Studio Code, если у вас его нет.

2. Скачайте ZIP архив.
3. Откройте проект (файл - VS.Code.SA-MP).
4. Вам предложат установить расширение (в правом нижнем углу), согласитесь.
5. Перезагрузите VS Code (если версия < 1.31) и приступайте к разработке
