Description

Right now we lint with prettier manually. It would be nice to setup eslint with perhaps the airbnb configuration.

Why this is valuable:

Keep code consistent and not have to write our own configuration.

Acceptance Criteria

I can run eslint command from command line
Eslint test runs in CI
