- New Now Playing HUD Style! The new style expands a macbook's notch to show media details. (macOS 13.0+, only for displays with notch)
- Hide track title extras (everything between parentheses and brackets) for a cleaner look of the Now Playing HUD (macOS 13.0+)
- Enhanced support for Lunar: MediaMate will now communicate directly with Lunar. This comes with support for sub-zero dimming, XDR, and the brightness HUD for multiple displays. Volume HUD coming in a later update. Note that some features may require an active Lunar license.
- Extra controls for expanded Now Playing HUD: Shuffle, Repeat, + / - 15s. Note that these may not work properly for all apps

New Features
- Themes: Set your preferred style for the Volume, Display and Keyboard HUD. Choose between Classic (from v1) and a new iOS-styled theme!
- Reworked & Simplified Settings: The amount of settings has been reduced by a great amount, while still providing customization for those who want it.
- Change the volume and brightness by click-dragging or two finger dragging on the visible HUD (iOS Theme only)
- Touchbar & External app compatibility mode got a boost: it is more reliable and no custom profile is needed anymore.
- A new, improved Demo Mode has landed, which allows longer testing periods.
- The old Media Progress Bar has been replaced by a fancy new one, which resembles the new iOS 16 look.
- Touch Bar detection on first launch of the app.
Improvements
- Reworked icons for Volume, Brightness and Keyboard Brightness to more closely match the built-in ones, while also improving their animations.
- All HUDs are now shown on the lock screen by default.
- The Classic Theme has a better size on large displays.
- The HUD preview will now hide when the settings window isn't in focus.
- Alternate looks for HUDs, such as placing them at the top or the side, have a more refined look.
- The Brightness HUD won't be triggered anymore by auto-brightness adjusting the display.
- The HUDs will disappear faster.

Important Note:
This is probably the last version that supports macOS Monterey. Unless serious bugs pop up, this macOS version won't receive updates for MediaMate anymore.
