What problem does this address?

Currently, if a user applies custom CSS to a number of different blocks there is no way of easily locating which blocks have this applied.

What is your proposed solution?

Somewhere in the Global Styles UI provide a way of listing the block types that have had custom CSS applied.

Ideally, it'd be great if users are able to view the computed custom CSS and jump to the Additional CSS setting, like in the Chrome Dev Tool.

But I'm not sure if that needs to be done since custom CSS is intended to be a gap filler with the long-term aim of handling as much as possible by the site editor itself.
