If you are in a list, pressing Enter creates a new list item. Pressing Enter twice, escapes the list and creates a new paragraph block below.

How should the quote work, should it work similarly? I.e. if you type out your quote and press enter twice, you escape it?

Or do you enter the citation field?

Note that nesting is going to change a few things here.
