Width of long items affect other items on the Navigation editor screen

Description

If a user adds a long item, the width of the element affects the rest of the items.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to the menu editor
2. Add several items of different length

Expected Behavior

The surrounding box of each item should hug the element and not be dependent on other elements.

Current Behavior

The width of the longest item affects the rest.

@javierarce, I am unable to find the Navigation Editor in using the latest version of Gutenberg. I seem to recall that this project was put on hold (or discarded). Could you please confirm this? If so, should we close this issue as no longer relevant? Thank you!
