Feedback - Cannot edit block spacing following tutorial

The gear is NOT available in WP in the upper right corner any more, just the user/profile button. There now appears to be no way to edit block padding, using this guide.

The gear icon was replaced with a panel icon early last year (reference).

As this change would require a complete re-recording of this video, I suggest we simply include a call out at the top of the tutorial, indicating the change.

Once the viewer knows to look for a different icon, the workings of the settings sidebar remain the same
