Add on/off to Activate command

It would be nice if you could make it compatible with ChestCommands.
So use chat commands to start/stop a circuits or start the circuit like a button (on and directly off)

Like:
/wr transmit {channel_name} on/off/once

Where once is going to be the button effect.
